How to withdraw your balance:

  • Contact our Member Service Call Center at 800-521-9653.

  • Complete security checks over the phone or schedule an appointment at your nearest branch.

  • Withdraw the full balance and close your certificate.

  • If closing your certificate over the phone, make an appointment to pick up the check at your nearest branch or receive it by mail.
