Manage Your Debit Card by Phone

We're excited to announce additional services for our debit cards! Members are now able to manage their Southeast Financial debit cards by phone. Simply call us at 615-743-3700 or 1-800-521-9653 and select Option 4 from the menu.

Using our self-service phone line you can access the following services:

  • Recent transactions

  • Report a card lost/stolen

  • Question a charge

  • Activate a card

  • Change address

  • Question about CUReward
