How did you reach the decision to close this branch?

As with any business, from time to time we have to step back and analyze operations. This decision was made after a careful assessment of all of our branches. We reviewed factors including number of active members, number of transactions, and operating expenses.

What’s happening to the branch team?

Our Cordova and Germantown branches have been sharing staff and management duties since Cordova converted to drive-thru only. All staff will remain a part of the Southeast Financial family and transition full-time to our Germantown branch.

 

What will happen to my account?

No action is necessary on your part to maintain your Southeast Financial account. You can continue to transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, and more through online and mobile banking 24-hours a day. You can also call our 24-hour personal access line at 800-242-2686, or speak with one of our Member Services Call Center representatives, available from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, CST, by calling 800-521-9653.

 

How will I access my accounts?

All account transactions can be handled by the staff at our Germantown branch. If you just need cash, you can access your funds at the drive-thru located in Germantown. Cash withdrawals can also be made by visiting one of eleven MoneyPass network ATMs located within 5 miles of the branch. For a complete list of locations, including a map and directions, visit www.moneypass.com. You can also ask for cash back when making a purchase. If you would like to add a debit card to your account, you can apply for one in branch or by calling Member Service.

 

What is the official closing date?

The Cordova branch will be open for business and serving members through Friday, December 6, 2024.
